My Story
Hi, my name is Alex and I am a self-taught multi-instrument musician and producer. Let me tell you a little bit about my journey:
I was born on February 25th, 1996 (which makes me an imaginative Pisces) and grew up in Beirut listening to my father play his favorite tunes every day. I had the chance to be surrounded by a home music studio with several electronic instruments and software: my young self was fascinated by it all and I knew from the very beginning that I wanted to be part of this world.
Throughout my school years, music composing, performing/DJing were the best ways to escape from my daily routine. I studied Computer Engineering at AUB and FSU while working on my music and I was very keen on helping my friends and peers succeed by creating study sheets, tutorials, and music videos. It helps me understand things better when I can explain things to others. I then realized I was passionate about music as a whole and understood the universality of the language. This realization gave me hope that one day I’d merge my acquired skills and passions to forge a unique career path that would ultimately lead me to my destiny.
I won various competitions including AUB’s Got Talent, Playground Sessions International “Play-By-Ear” contest, and a David Bowie Cover Tribute online competition. My music took me from Beirut to Miami, LA, Morocco, Spain, France, Dubai, and Canada, collaborating with big brands in and out of the industry including Arturia, Oracle, Zivix, Novation, Ableton, Fendi, Chanel, Cartier, Stingray, Vienna, and Native Instruments.
In 2020, I took the leap to become a full-time music producer, influencer, and piano teacher. In 2021, my dream finally became a reality thanks to a startup company called Tunelark. They created the ideal platform for attracting online students to my studio, allowing me to work from anywhere. I am now focused on helping others achieve their dreams while perfecting my home studio environment to expand my passions and continue building my legacy.
